The menu at Noir will enhance the wine and sexy décor by incorporating upscale interpretations of nostalgic Americana fare. Chef Joanna Karlinsky, of Meetinghouse and Elite Café fame will devise creations drawn from her passion for making comfort foods scintillating. She graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and has 30 years experience cooking, managing, and consulting.  She opened the much-missed Meetinghouse Restaurant and restored the Elite Café and Hotel Utah to their former glory and rave reviews. We’re happy she’s brought her acclaimed biscuits with her as they epitomize simple American food and act as a catalyst to make the Noir experience be informal, but with a very hip and modern attitude.
